A four story wooden buildings was gutted in Devastating fire in Gunjadali village of Rohru subdivision in Shimla district in the intervening night of Dec 5 and 6, police officer confirmed.
Superintendent of police Shimla Mohit Chawla said that devastating fire broke out in Gunjadali village gutting four story’ wooden craving houses in the row.
The house belonged to Charan Das, Hem Singh, Murat Singh, Chanderpaul , Yashpal, Joginder , Amir Nand, Prince, Kamal Singh.
The fire broke out from electric short-circuit. No loss of life reported in the mishap however massive loss of Property occurred which is being estimated.
Fire brigade, police and forest department personels helped to doused down the infernos .
Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur has expressed grief over the fire incident that took place at village Gujandali of Shimla district in which a four storey building was gutted in fire.
Chief Minister also expressed grief over the fire incidents in Balichowki and Janjehli of Seraj constituency in district Mandi.Jai Ram Thakur directed the district administration to provide immediate relief and rehabilitation to the affected families.
He assured that all possible help would be provided to the affected families.
Urban development minister Suresh Bhardwaj also expressed grief over the fire mishap.
He asked the district administration to provide assistance to the affected families and make shift to safer places in the winter conditions.
District Administeration provide immediate Relief of Rs 10,000 to six families affected in the mishap.
