As many as 111 cases were tested positive in the state on Monday which is highest figure in one day increasing the tally 1631 in the state, the Government official confirmed.
Additional Chief Secretary Health R D Dhiman said that 111 cases were found positive in the state today including 42 in Solan, 23 of Shimla, 21 in Sirmaur, 12 in Kangra, Three of Bilaspur, two each in, Una , Hamirpur, Bilaspur Chamba and Mandi and one in Kullu.Â
With this total tally increased to 1631 in Himachal, including 538 active and 1067 cured.Â
Solan recorded 42 cases in the state today, increasing the tally to 374 and became worst affectedby the Pandemic. District also have highest 238 cases of Covid -19 and 130 cured .
Shimla district registered 23 cases of Novel Corona Virus in last 24 hrs as 18 ITBP and One Army Jawan and two new cases were also reported at Rohru increasing the tally to 94 in the district, including active cases 48 and cured 43 now.
He said that 18 ITBP jawan at Jeori under Rampur subdivision of 43-V Battalion were tested positive for novel CoronaVirus.  All Jawan are reported out of danger and hail and healthy before the test they were kept in SJVNL Jeori quarantine Centre. SDM Rampur Surinder Mohan said that all Jawans returned from outside the state.Â
Moreover Two workers arrived from Ajamgarh of UP and stayed at Mandali. entire area have been sealed. SDM Rohru B R Sharma said that workers are of 24 and 55 age group. One Jawan of the Armed force was tested positive at Cantonment area of Jatoug and Bhatakhuar in this capital town.
With 12 new cases in Kangra district on Monday tally increased to 346 including 47 active and 295 recoveredÂ
In Nahan town six cases of nCoV reported in Sirmaur district as five were tested positive Gowindgarh Mohala and one migratory worker. 15 more cases were also registered in the district increasing the total 110 in the district including 70 active and 33 recovered. Â
Tally rose to 50 in Mandi with two fresh cases district having 12 active and 36 cured cases.  In Bilaspur tally mounted to 66 including 19 active and 47 cured. In Chamba 80 including 23 active and 56 curedand Kullu 21 cases , 14 active and seven recovered.
Hamirpur recorded two more cases today increasing the tally to 283 including 13 active and 267 cured.
In Una tally mounted to 164 including 30 active and 125 cured .
A pregnant woman and her husband belonging to Morsinghi of Bilaspur district also tested positive and another woman from the district also found positive.Â
In Chamba district a woman and  returned from Bihar and Agra also tested positive both were in home quarantine, They were shifted to COVID centre Balu . Â
Five people recovered in the state today including three in Kangra, two in Una and one each in Kinnuar,Bilaspur, Chamba.
