Shimla, Feb 22
Himachal Pradesh High Court today passed an order to start it’s Regular functioning from tomorrow onwards as per the practice and procedure in suppression of all previous notification or office order regarding functioning of high court.
Notification issued by the Registrar General of HP High Court Verinder Singh said that high court has decided to start it’s Regular functioning from Feb 23 onward.
It is further ordered that the cases which have filled by e.mail decided or pending in all those cases hard copies along with court fee filed or deposited within 30days from today.
The Filling of cases through the email mode is also ordered to be discountinzed .
The High court couldn’t able to conduct it’s Regular functioning since March 23 last year and benches were hearing the cases on-line through Vedio conferences. Currently High court is off due to Winter holidays and baring vacation benches courts no others benches were functioning either online, he added.
