Himachal Pradsesh University has issued directions for all the college principals to follow Covid-19 pandemic protocol while conducting examination in the state.
Spokesman of University said in a press release issued here that in view of the COVID – 19 pandemic the principals and students are directed to keep update for any changes in the date-sheets, if any, uploaded on the University website from time to time.
He said that Principals are directed to hold examinations strictly adhering to the guidelines and Standard Operating Procedure issued by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of Higher Education.
All colleges are directed to ensure that sufficient seating capacity is made available for the students on the day in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Human Resource Development and State Government from time to time.
In case, the seating capacity is exceeding their strength on particular day, the same may be intimated to the University immediately before the commencement of the examinations, he added.
