A Nepali national was booked for Kidnapping and molestation of minors under Rampur Police station of Shimla district in Himachal Pradesh on Monday, a police officer confirmed. An FIR was registered under section 363 of IPC and 8 of POCSO ACT on the complaint of the victim’s mother. The complaint alleged that on 28/03 this year, her daughter was playing in chhalta Village was with some other children at about 03.30 pm. A nepali Kamal Bahadur kidnapped her minor daughter and took her into the Banaila forest towards Sharnal Village, holding her in his lap and doing dirty activities by kissing her. ASI Chet Ram of PS Rampur is investigating the case. The accused is at large after the crime. Police parties will nab the accused soon, he added
