The focus on filling Ayurvedic college and medical college posts is good, but I wonder if the contract-based hires, like the Junior Office Assistants, will ever get regular status. As someone who has used tools like Rewriter Pro for drafting job applications, I know how much paperwork these processes involve, so I hope the state is being efficient with the recruitment drive.
