Three new ministers took oath on Thursday in the two and half years old Jai Ram Thakur Government of Himachal Pradesh. Ministers inducted today are Rakesh Pathania, Sukh Ram Chaudhary and Rajinder Garg.
In a ceremony at Raj Bhawan Himachal Pradesh Governor Bandaru Datatrya administered oath of office and secrecy to the three new members of Jai Ram council of ministers today.
Chief Secretary Anil Khachi conducted the oath taking ceremony.
Governor administered oath in Hindi to Sukhu Ram Chaudhary first who is four time member of Assembly from Paontasahib of Sirmaur district. Oath was also administered to Rakesh Pathania of Nurpur of Kangra district in English and Rajinder Garg of Ghumarwin of Bilaspur in Hindi.
Among those present on the occasion were Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur, Social Justice and Women empowerment Minister Rajiv Sehjal, Education Minister Suresh Bhardwaj, Panchayat Raj and Animal Husbandry Minister Verinder Kunwar, Urban Development and Town & Country Planning Minister Sarveen Chaudhary, BJP president Suresh Kashyap, Former MLA or former BJP president Satpal Singh Sati, Transport Ministers Govind Singh Thakur and Agriculture Minister Ram Lal Markanda, Chief Secretary Anil Kumar Khachi, and other officers and employees of State Government.

1) Sukh Ram Chaudhary
Son of Late Tulsi Ram; born on 15th April, 1964 at Village Amargarh, Tehsil Paonta, Distt. Sirmour; Intermediate and I.T.I. Diploma (Electrical); married to Shashi Bala; three daughters; Agriculturist and Trade Unionist. Served Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board as Telephonist, 1982-94 & Junior Engineer ,1994-98.

Remained President, i) BJP Distt. Sirmour (thrice), ii) State BJP Kisan Morcha; and presently Vice President, State BJP.
