DC Shimla notifies timings for relxation in curfew between 10AM to 1 PM. In a statement he said that all essential commodities shops shall remain open during the said timings. Also provisions are planned for home delivery of milk. He again urged citizens to not crowd the markets and maintain social distancing discipline during relaxation hours.
