Shimla, Nov 19
With spike in the cases of CoronaVirus at the hill state the most effected people are somehow infected from the public offices. Deputy Commissioner Office Kangra was closed for two days as about one dozen cases were found positive for the Novel CoronaVirus on Thursday. Similarly number of cases are pouring in the  Chief Minister Office and at State secretariat during the course of the Corona outbreak in the state.
Number of students of two schools in Mandi district also turned positive recently. Deputy Commissioner Mandi, Kangra and Shimla have been contracted to the pandemic which shows that exposure of people during their Outdoor visits in public offices are one of the root causes of the outbreak.
There are reports that after surfacing a number of covid-19 cases in the CMO a new protocol has been issued by the state Government on Thursday. State is facing worst phase of the Corona outbreak currently, as the positivity rate of the state increased from 3 per cent to nearly seven percent when only 4.70 lakh testes are conducted in the state which is not even ten per cent of its population .
The virus load is mounting up in all suburbs and many villages in the state and people are avoiding the use of masks in the public. The state enforcement agencies seemed to be taking the risk of outbreak negligence as fatality due to the pandemic is steadily rising and reportedly, hospitals are virtually occupied to their bed capacity.
The Cancer hospitals OPD closed down at IGMC following the sudden spurts in the cases. The state health officials have also issued advisory to general public that they should avoid visits to the Covid wards in the hospitals as they could come in contact with virus.
After public offices including hospitals, schools and social gathering the tourist resorts and entry point or places like Shimla, Kullu Mandi and Solan are more prone to outbreak.
