Tragic accident claims Four lives as Car plunges down hill in Sangrah of Sirmour district
Shimla, May 16
In a devastating incident that unfolded early this morning at approximately 5 AM, a Maruti 800 car with registration number HP 16A 1721 went out of control and plummeted down a hill on a village road in Nohradhar tehsil in district Sirmour of Himachal Pradesh. The calamitous event resulted in the loss of four precious lives. Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the accident.
According to reports from the disaster management cell, the victims of this heart-wrenching accident have been identified as Kamal Raj, aged 40, son of Malu Ram; Jeewan Singh, aged 63, also son of Malu Ram; Suma Devi, aged 54, wife of Jeewan Singh; and Rekha Devi, wife of Late Ashok, from Dhanoga Village in Rajgarh tehsil.
The devastating incident has left the entire community in shock and mourning. Local authorities and emergency services swiftly responded to the scene, offering support and attempting to mitigate the damage caused by this tragic event.

At present, the exact circumstances leading to the accident remain under investigation. A spokesperson for the disaster management cell assured that authorities are diligently working to ascertain the cause of the car’s loss of control and subsequent plunge down the hill.
