The state government has decided that the services of contractual appointees, who have completed three years in continuous services as on March 31, shall be regularized. . However the contractual employee shall be eligible for appointment against available vacancies, stated the order by Additional Chief secretary Personnel O.P.Bhandari. The regularization shall also be on the basis of seniority subject to condition the incumbent meets eligibility criteria. Read the detailed order below.
