After the enforcement directorate, now the income tax department
has attached the tutikandi bus stand based SRS theatre of Shimla alongwith 20 other properties of the firm countrywide. The company has to give back 2175 crores to banks in India. In a order the income tax has written that during search operations of SRS many un-accounted things like Jewellery , Benami properties and cash, etc have been found. Therefore for further enquiry their different properties have been attached.
