Two persons died in a road accident at Theog subdivision of the district when a car fell down 100 meter deep gorge last mid night, police official said .
Superintendent of Police Mohit Chawala said taht a Santro car (No. HP03B-1131) was going to Chopal with two people inside. When they reached near Chailla Kainchi, driver of car lost control of vehicle it fell down 100 meter from the road last night.
Both persons died in this accident, The deceased were identified Prajanya (Driver of the Vehicle) resident of Nioti-post office & Tehsil Nerwa and District Shimla (Driver of the vehicle) and Manoj Sharma R/O VPO Fagu, Tehsil Theog, District Shimla.
Bodies of the deceased were handed over to the family members after the postmortem.
The mishap occurred due to rash and negligent driving, he added.
